A scraped or gouged alloy wheel does not automatically mean buying a new one. Most curb rash, scuffs, and surface gouges can be sanded, filled, and refinished back to a factory look for a fraction of replacement cost. We start by inspecting each wheel for cracks and for runout, the side-to-side and up-and-down wobble that tells us whether the metal is true, because a wheel that is structurally compromised gets replaced, not patched.
Cosmetic refinishing is color-matched to the rest of your set, so a single repaired wheel blends in instead of standing out. If you would rather change the look entirely, we can refinish all four to a new color or finish. Most refinishes are a one-day turnaround, and we will schedule around your week so the car is only off the road when it has to be.
